Client Services Department Assistant:

Client services department in busy mail services company with:
Requirements include but not limited to:
Strong computer skills including: sending emails and updating documents, Word, Outlook & Excel
Detail oriented to work with component codes and codes must be accurately checked for all work

Ability to multitask and switch tasks as required when daily priorities change

MS Excel experience must be strong
Preparing sample packages of mail from excel grids confirming codes; scanning documents; saving scans to server; emailing postage reports to clients; preparing small packages for FedEx shipping; entering hand-written reports into database; distributing paperwork to other departments (walking them there)

Handle switchboard when necessary so switchboard experience would be a plus, but not required
