Receive monitors from vendors, manufacturers and returned from field service
Test received devices
Work with CTO and vendors to resolve manufacturing and service issues
Procurement and Inventory Management
Maintain working inventory of all components needed to support deployment plan and maintenance needs
Procure components as necessary to keep deployments on schedule
Communicate with vendors to coordinate shipment and delivery dates
Prepare for Deployments
Prepare devices with field team requirements for sites scheduled to maximize field team deployment time:
Appropriate modems, antennas, brackets, solar panel posts, mounting hardware, correct PCB gain settings, etc.
Analyze faults of deployed monitors and faults from manufacturers.
Close the QA circle.
Be the company leader in organization and quality management
Introduce training, systems, and practices that will track and improve quality and efficiency over time.
Failure Logging & Analysis
Disassemble and debug monitors
Develop hardware failure tracking framework to log and analyze root cause of failures.
Make recommendations in hardware, firmware, or procedures to reduce failures

4 year college degree preferably in technical field
At least 1 year working experience in technical field
Ability to troubleshoot electronic assemblies
Ability to read prints and schematics
Ability to handle moving and lifting 25 lbs. Throughout the day
