Global distributor of specialty polymers and waxes seeks a highly organized, positive and motivated individual who works well independently and will be an integral part of our active team.
5+ years of industrial sales experience required, preferably in chemicals or relevant industry
Experience with sales related to industrial raw materials.
Experience with selling technical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Well-organized, systematic, and tenacious in identifying: a) sales targets and b) customer requests or problems, and facilitating resolution with the commercial director.
Persistent to track down customer information and maintain account records, including customer sales by volume and by materials, intelligence re competitors, credit approval, etc.
Excellent customer relationship building skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional, team oriented environment.
Strong business-to-business analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills.
Experience working in a small office.
Solid experience using MS Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Good organizational skills
Disciplined to maintain written records
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Professional demeanor and appearance
Solid work ethic a must.
